One Time Password (OTP) Security Token Self-Service Administration  
OTP security tokens provide a second factor of user authentication for remote connectivity to either a Hosted Virtual Desktop (HVD) or specific Citrix-certified applications, also known as Xen Applications. The remote connection is established via the Citrix Access Gateway, and token users must have a Bank-issued standard User ID in order to utilize this service.

How do I request a token? 
Please contact your manager to determine if this solution is available for your line of business and whether you are eligible for an OTP security token.

How do I activate my token? 
From the self-service homepage https://safepass.bankofamerica.com/sasuser/Home.do, select Activate Token from the Operations drop-down menu. Enter the information requested on the page and hit Submit. You will receive a confirmation message regarding the updated status of the token.

How do I test my token?
From the self-service homepage https://safepass.bankofamerica.com/sasuser/Home.do, select Test Token from the Operations drop-down menu. Enter the information requested on the page and hit Submit. You will receive a confirmation message regarding the result of the token test.

How do I synchronize my token?
From the self-service homepage https://safepass.bankofamerica.com/sasuser/Home.do, select Synchronize Token from the Operations drop-down menu. Enter the information requested on the page and hit Submit. You will receive a confirmation message regarding the status of the synchronization.
